Our 5-in-1 V-Blade Mandoline Slicer offers versatile functionality, with the ability to create 3mm julienne, 7mm julienne, 1.5mm slices, 2.5mm slices, and 3.5mm slices, perfect for a variety of culinary tasks such as shredding carrots and cucumbers, making French fries, potato chips, and green salads, as well as slicing radishes, onions, peppers, lemons, and kiwi. The easy-to-change blades can be swapped out with just a push of the red button.

For your safety, our mandoline slicer comes with everything you need, including protection gloves to prevent finger injury and a cut-resistant food holder to avoid direct hand-to-blade contact, ensuring both your safety and the hygiene of the food.
